HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST
Perform all HR functions including, but not limited to, recruitment and employment, employee orientations, personnel records, benefits admin, payroll processing/review, company compliance, D.O.T. compliance, safety, and special projects. At least 1-2 years experience in the Human Resources field is preferred or a 2 or 4 year degree in the discipline. An understanding of HRIS systems and moderate to high level of computer literacy is a plus.
MARKETING ASSISTANT
Solar Innovations, Inc., is currently seeking a motivated marketing professional with experience in graphic design, media planning, and web development to work in a team environment during the launch of two sister company websites. This will include involvement in the initial marketing campaign while maintaining current market share in the primary market. Experience with Adobe suite requested. High proficiency in Dreamweaver a must. Candidates with strong written skills and SQL database experience a plus. Excellent communication skills as well as attention to detail and experience with tight deadlines is crucial to the position.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND WEB PROGRAMMER
Duties and Responsibilties:
Create and maintain reports from the company ERP system using Crystal Reports.
Develop and update content and features on existing web page to support marketing using Dreamweaver 8.
Maintain and transfer internally developed work flow software to Microsoft Share Points site.
Create, modify and monitor Microsoft SQL stored procedures and Jobs to transfer data between systems for data analysis.
Document and train technical and non-technical personals on newly added or modify features.
Support, debug, enhance, and tune existing features of internal Microsoft Access/SQL applications.
Research and investigate new technologies to enhance structure of reports and applications.
Desired Skills :
- Programming in Visual Basic, ASP, ASP.NET (C#), XML, and HTML.
- SQL 2005 TSQL, DTS, Analysis Cubes, and Performance tuning.
- Reporting software i.e. Crystal Report, SQL Reporting Services, Microsoft Access Reporting.
- Proficient with Excel, Word and Access including Access Project
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; excellent documentation skills; and demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, both independently and as part of a team.
- Progress OpenEdge Database and Epicor Vantage experience a plus.
SHOP
INSTALLER
Exciting opportunity! Travel and install aluminum and wood structures. Travel distance typically within 6 hours with possible occasional overnight travel required. Experience in roofing, siding, sheet metal and construction a plus, but will train the right individual. Learn a lucrative specialty trade while working in a team oriented environment.
ALUMINUM FABRICATOR/CARPENTER
Build our custom wood interior and aluminum exterior structures in a clean, climate controlled, and safe shop environment. Strong attention to detail required. Carpentry, metal working or glazing experience a plus. Hours typically Monday thru Thursday with Fridays on an as needed basis should workload dictate.
SHIPPING/RECEIVING SUPERVISOR
Coordinate the daily activities of the Shipping/Receiving Department and the employees to ship complete projects on time while focusing on efficiency, safety, accuracy and quality control. The Supervisor will receive incoming freight/packages, develop and maintain checklists and procedures for Quality Control, inspect quantity, quality, size and orientation of glass, execute shipping schedule, maintain the Shipping/Receiving areas and records. Strong attention to detail is a must. Some computer knowledge is a plus.
CNC MACHINE OPERATOR
Operate modern computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts (Haas VF4 and dual spindle lathe). Load parts in machine, cycle machine, detect malfunctions in machine operations such as worn or damaged cutting tools. Run production lots, communicate with co-workers regarding production runs. Maintain safe, organized and clean work environment. Program machines utilizing G Code for custom machining of lineals. Good basic math skills/mechanical skills required. Ability to work productively in a team oriented environment. A standard 4 day work week. Hours typically Monday thru Thursday with Fridays on an as needed basis.
Industrial Painter/Fabricator
Industrial or automotive painter to paint our custom structures. Must be able to work with urethane paints with 2-part epoxy primers, with some fabrication experience. Position to consist of approximately 10-20 hours painting and 20-30 hours fabricating. Extreme attention to detail a must.
