Summer is color. During the summer months, outdoor gardens burst with color. Annuals are planted for splashes of color which will last the entire season. Often times the greenhouse is a sea of green, lacking in color. I bring color into the greenhouses over summer with the use of annuals. They may only last for a season, but they liven the greenhouse. I grow annuals in hanging baskets, plant them in the greenhouse raised bed, and grow them in containers. Their bright colors bring a new vibrance to the greenhouse.
