The fastest way to contact your sales representative or project manager is to bypass the company’s main number and dial their direct line. So, if you are used to calling the main number and hearing “If you know your party’s extension, dial it now,” time can be saved. Say you are contacting extension 3001, simply substitute 17 for the first two digits of the extension, then dial (570)915-1701. Your call will go directly to their desk phone. This is applicable to everyone’s extension.
E-mail is also an effective way to communicate as it documents your request. E-mail is also the best way to send pictures and pdf documents. We can send and receive large file attachments (around 50mb) with many architectural firms or businesses, but most commercial mail providers serving, residential customers, limit the file size to around 20mb to send and something less than that to receive. For extremely large attachments or a large number of files, it is best to use Solar’s FTP site.
